
Michelle has practised within Criminal Defence for nearly 20 years and was admitted as an Institute of Legal Executives Fellow in 2003.
An asset at ESN, Michelle has an outstanding record of client care when dealing with vulnerable clients of all ages.
Many of these have been diagnosed with various Autism spectrum disorders, such as Asperger syndrome and ADHD, or mental health issues – for whom she has an outstanding record of client care.
As such she has gained a sizeable network of professionals who assist her in this task, including: psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors and youth experts – and comes highly recommended by former clients.
Michelle also specialises in the most serious of crimes, including: murder, violent and sexual offences, child cruelty, and large-scale serious fraud and drug cases.
Her experience extends to cases involving Trading Standards, the Very High Cost Cases (VHCC) panel and Proceeds of Crime Act proceedings.
Michelle is a qualified police station representative on the Legal Aid Agency contracted panel.
