When you stipulate a time period within which your invoices must be paid them every late payment means you could be owed money and interest. Speak to our specialists lawyers now …. You do not need to suffer financially from late or bad payers.

Debt Recovery Process

Our normal debt recovery process has four steps and we will guide and advise you throughout the whole process to ensure the best outcome for you:

  • Send a letter before action. Prior to commencing legal action the debtor is notified of the debt and legal requirement to pay
  • Claim. If there is no response or an unsatisfactory response then we will make a claim on your behalf to the county court
  • County Court Judgement. This is a court order that confirms the debt and that the debtor has defaulted. A County Court Judgement (CCJ) is registered against the Debtor and this allows you to enforce payment
  • Enforcement. Once the County Court Judgement has been issued this allows you to enforce payment of the debt immediately via a county court bailiff or an enforcement officer appointed by the courts
